Our latest newsletter is just out, and this time it’s a bit special as we celebrate our 100th edition.

This anniversary issue of SCRR News looks back at our origins on the Easter Bush estate in 1989 and forward to an exciting future, with a particular focus on the potential of Early Career Researchers.

The newsletter began life as The Bush Telegraph, since at the time all the members of the consortium were based on the estate at Easter Bush. It became ECRR News in 2011, when we were still known as the Edinburgh Consortium for Rural Research, and has been SCRR News since 2012, when the consortium was renamed to reflect that fact that its members are now from all parts of Scotland.
